Porotherm lintels are available with our system. External and internal lintels with the special clay shells, concrete fills with the reinforced steel helps to make a perfect lintel above openings. Coming precasted in quarter meters from the factory. Available sizes (length): 1m, 1.25m, 1.5m, 1.75m, 2m, 2.25m, 2.5m. Every lintels need 150mm bearing each side. For example: 1m lintel need 300mm bearing, so it is suitable for 700mm or smaller openings. -

Filler bricks can be used to form the heads over the internal door ops. It can also be used as a filler brick at the back of a window sill, for precast concrete floors to build up to course level or it can used to form a half course within internal walls if necessary. -
The U cups mainly used at the top of the wall to forming ring beam. The U cups with steel bars and concrete fill is a perfect solution at wall plate level. The formed ring beam, and the concrete gives you the freedom to fit any type of roof to your building. We also using the U blocks as a lintel above wider opening. The precast lintel available up to 2.5m (minus 2x150mm bearing) so above 2.3m wide opening we using these U blocks to forming a massive (insulated) lintel. Available sizes (width): 240mm, 300mm, 365mm, 425mm. -
